Underground Irrigation Line Leaks

Underground pipe breaks are the most serious type of sprinkler leak. They're caused by ground movement (common with Hill Country clay soils), root intrusion, accidental digging, corrosion in older systems, or freeze damage. We use pressure testing to isolate the leak location, then excavate precisely and repair cleanly with appropriate fittings.

Valve Box Leaks

A valve box that's full of water usually means a leaking valve diaphragm, a cracked valve body, or a loose fitting on the inlet or outlet. Valve leaks are relatively easy to fix once correctly diagnosed — but they can waste significant water if left alone.

Broken Head and Riser Leaks

Heads that have been run over by lawn equipment, frozen in winter, or simply worn out will often leak at the base or spray sideways. These are usually quick fixes — head replacement is often done in minutes — but if neglected they can erode soil and damage the surrounding turf.
